Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout if you chose to purchase a pre-order item. 

Shipping

We will ship your pre-order item as soon as it has become available in the warehouse. Please note that if you order contains a non pre-order item it will be shipped when the pre-order item arrives. If you would like to have it shipped separately - please contact us at hello@organicpeach.com.au

 
You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a return.  See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds or click here.
