1. PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

   An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

2. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

   Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

   After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 3 business days. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays. However, some orders may ship within as few as 3 and some may take up to 5.

   Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as stock arrives into our warehouse. The date that stock arrives will be listed under the product title on our website.

3. SHIPMENT LOCATIONS
   1. Domestic and International

      Organic Peach ships domestically as well as New Zealand. We can ship internationally, please contact us at hello@organicpeach.com.au to receive an accurate shipping quote.

      Shipping to New Zealand is calculated at checkout automatically.

   2. Shipping Restrictions

      Our business does ship to both commercial and domestic addresses. Customers can have their products shipped to a P.O box.

4. SHIPMENT RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

   We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

   Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order.

      The order will arrive within 1-3 business days (depending on location).

      Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout. All rates are determined by Australia Post.

   2. Standard Shipping

      The order will arrive within 2-10 business days (depending on location).

   3. Please note:
      • Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
      • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
      • Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
5. TRACKING OPTIONS

   Organic Peach aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

   All parcels sent as 'Authority To Leave'.

   If you are not home, your delivery driver will find a suitable place at your address to leave your package.

   If you would like to change this option, please utilise the real time tracking notifications & tools provided via Australia Post to manage your delivery preferences.

   Any delays incurred as a result of the Australia Post network are not the responsibility of Organic Peach.

   We will assist with any lost parcel claims that occur during transit only.

   Once items are marked delivered with Australia Post, we are unable to assist with claims for stolen or alleged non delivery.

6. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

   New Zealand shipping is available via our website. For international shipping, please contact us at hello@organicpeach.com.au so that we can arrange an accurate shipping quote.

7. DAMAGES

   If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at hello@organicpeach.com.au.

8. MISSING OR LOST PACKAGE

   To lodge an enquiry for a delayed or lost package, head to the Australia Post website and follow the prompts.

   There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. We've found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Organic Peach politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at hello@organicpeach.com.au to report missing or lost packages.
